Party Secretary Li Xiangquan pointed out that safety work should focus on three aspects. First, leadership responsibility. Key leaders should pay attention to whether the assigned tasks are implemented effectively and whether sufficient resources are provided. For identified problems, they should personally supervise and handle them, learning from past mistakes and making systematic corrections in accordance with system management requirements. Second, implementation. Safety management measures should be implemented at the post level and verified through inspections. Measures should focus on key areas and be targeted and instructive. Third, safety awareness. In view of the current situation of significant changes in products and personnel, it is necessary to enhance the safety awareness of all employees. In addition to regular education, safety training, job hazard notification, and hazard identification work should be carried out effectively.
At the meeting, the Technical Safety and Environmental Protection Department and the Security Department respectively reported on the industrial injury accidents and fire and road traffic safety situations in the second quarter. Deputy General Manager Zhou Xiangdong made specific arrangements for occupational health, environmental protection, heatstroke prevention and cooling, and flood prevention based on the actual situation, and put forward relevant requirements for maintaining and improving on-site 6S management.
