General Manager Jiang Tao pointed out that in the first half of the year, the company maintained a steady and positive development trend by implementing quality improvements, strengthening basic management, competing in the market, and securing orders. Market development has yielded repeated successes, laying the foundation and accumulating strength for the second half of the year and future development. We must attach great importance to the shortcomings in marketing, production, quality, safety management, and the reduction of "two funds." Measures must be taken to improve, perfect, and self-improve. Faced with the complex and severe market situation, the company must unswervingly continue to promote product structure adjustment and deepen reforms. He also pointed out that cadres should not be "porters" of problems, but problem solvers. We must learn to play the piano with ten fingers, have systematic thinking, be good at overall planning, and grasp overall coordination. General Manager Jiang emphasized that goals are achieved through hard work. Faced with the arduous production and operation tasks in the second half of the year, we must mobilize all positive factors, unite all cadres and employees, decompose goals layer by layer, and implement responsibilities to everyone, forming a situation where "everyone shoulders a heavy burden."
