They listened to Wang Yongzhi, the Party Secretary and Chairman of the company, report on the main businesses, key products, scientific research capabilities, production and operation completion, strategic goals, and the implementation of the '14th Five-Year Plan', and the construction of the talent team. They also offered suggestions for the next steps of Changzheng Heavy Industry. 。

Fourth, it should unswervingly explore the international market and strengthen confidence in export products. Fifth, it should continuously consolidate the foundation of the lashing industry and take the development of the lashing industry to a new level. Sixth, it should increase the intensity of technological innovation, concentrating superior talents, funds, and resources to develop new products, fully utilizing surrounding resource advantages, establishing a firm foothold in the current product market, and gradually extending to upstream and downstream related industrial new markets.
