From May 10th to 26th, the Human Resources Department of Changzheng Heavy Industry organized more than 80 inspection and flaw detection personnel from relevant secondary units for training. The training was conducted during evening rest time, with professional technicians lecturing on basic theories and professional knowledge based on the company's production needs, in order to strengthen the quality inspection team and improve the skills of quality inspection personnel. In the theoretical examination conducted on June 16th, the pass rate for both subjects reached 94%, achieving the expected results. The next step will be to organize and implement practical training.
On June 16th, the Security Department of Changzheng Heavy Industry organized more than 60 safety management personnel for training in traffic, security, and fire prevention management. Police officers from Dadukou District Traffic Police, Internal Security, and Fire Brigade, through numerous pictures and cases, explained in a simple and easy-to-understand manner the company's internal traffic safety and problem-solving methods, the counter-terrorism situation and response methods, and hidden danger investigation and fire prevention measures.
