It has produced more than 60,000 railway freight cars of the four main domestic models, including open wagons, flatcars, tank cars, and covered wagons. Its subway bogies and end frames have been supplied in large quantities to urban rail transit construction projects in Chongqing, Chengdu, and other cities. Castings and forgings are widely used in large diesel engines, gearboxes, construction machinery, wind power, and shipbuilding and marine engineering. It is one of the research and production bases for marine containers, railway containers, and RoRo ship lashing and securing products in China.
