May 28th marks the first anniversary of the promulgation of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China. Hailed as the "encyclopedia of social life," the Civil Code touches upon birth, aging, illness, death, clothing, food, housing, transportation, consumption, loans... impacting citizens' vital interests and all aspects of their lives.

On the first anniversary of the promulgation of the Civil Code, China Shipbuilding Chongqing Changzheng Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. launched a publicity campaign themed "Beautiful Life, Accompanied by the Civil Code," vigorously promoting the significant meaning and main content of the Civil Code's implementation, further fostering a strong atmosphere of respecting, learning, observing, and applying the law among all citizens.

This activity highlighted the study and promotion of Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions and directives on the Civil Code. Simultaneously, it organized mid-level and above management personnel to participate in a Civil Code knowledge quiz, fully leveraging the leading and exemplary role of management personnel.

During the activity, the company also utilized the electronic display screen in the office building to scroll slogans such as "Beautiful Life, Accompanied by the Civil Code," "Seriously Implement the Civil Code, Usher in a New Era of Civil Rights Protection," "Effectively Implement the Civil Code, Legally Protect the Legitimate Rights and Interests of the People," and "Learn and Utilize the Civil Code Well, Promote the Comprehensive Rule of Law." They also hung banners reading "Beautiful Life, Accompanied by the Civil Code" in multiple prominent locations within the company, set up a Civil Code publicity display board at the entrance to the employee cafeteria, and played Civil Code publicity videos on the television in the cafeteria. The aim was to continuously strengthen the publicity efforts of the Civil Code and expand its coverage.

This activity, to a certain extent, enhanced the awareness of all employees to respect, learn, observe, and apply the law, improved their ability to use the Civil Code to protect the rights and interests of the people, resolve conflicts and disputes, and promote social harmony and stability. It is conducive to the company's prevention of various legal risks, improving its legal capacity and level, and providing a solid guarantee for achieving high-quality development.
