Secretary Li pointed out that the state-owned enterprise party branch has unique political advantages in grassroots work. This advantage is reflected in the party branch promoting specific work by promptly grasping specific situations, promptly coordinating and solving problems, and promptly inspecting and evaluating work results. The main standard for evaluating whether the work of a party branch is valuable is to see whether the branch's work can effectively solve problems in actual work, whether it can continuously stimulate the enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity of party members and employees, continuously improve the quality of party members and employees, and promote the outstanding completion of various tasks in the unit.
