On July 12, newly recruited college graduates arrived at China Shipbuilding Chongqing Changzheng. The company's Human Resources Department thoughtfully prepared work clothes, office supplies, labor protection supplies, and other necessary materials. They guided new employees through the onboarding process, including registration and occupational health checkups, ensuring a smooth entry into the company.
From July 18 to 21, the company conducted new employee onboarding training. The four-day training covered the company's history, development strategy, current technology and innovation plans, quality-related knowledge, career development planning, and personnel management regulations. The training included a site visit to the production area, allowing new employees to understand the manufacturing process firsthand, and concluded with pre-employment occupational health, safety, and environmental management training exams. The goal of the new employee training is to foster a comprehensive understanding of the company, help them transition into their roles quickly, and integrate into the Chongqing Changzheng family.
After the onboarding training, the company signed contracts with the new employees and assigned them to their internship units. Regular evaluations will be conducted during the internship period. We hope that the new employees will be down-to-earth, learn from the best, and strive to become excellent full-time employees.
