Apr 27,2022

summary:

To comprehensively strengthen the ability of union cadres at all levels to perform their duties and responsibilities, improve their work level, and effectively bring into play the role of the union organization, the Chongqing Changzheng Trade Union of China Shipbuilding held a 2022 annual branch union chairman training class on the afternoon of April 21.

This training invited Comrade Jiang Xianqing, the concurrently appointed vice chairman of the Chongqing Municipal National Defense and Post and Telecommunications Trade Union and chairman of the Chongqing Construction Group Trade Union, to give a lecture. Comrade Jiang Xianqing gave a lecture on the theme of "Thinking what the Party and government think, doing what the employees need, and doing the characteristics of the trade union," and gave an easy-to-understand explanation of the guiding ideology of trade union work, the nature of trade unions, and the four functions of trade unions. In particular, combining his own work experience, he comprehensively and systematically explained the core and methods of trade union work with the seven aspects of trade union work: "Party leadership is upheld," "achievements are promoted," "quality improvement is built," "legal rights protection is implemented," "unity and cohesion are guaranteed," "team building is promoted," and "propaganda work is effective."

The training content was rich and combined with the company's actual situation, providing a good working approach and methods for trade union work. The company's trade union requires that after the training, the chairmen of the various branch trade unions should combine the actual situation of their units and the "seven aspects" to carefully plan the trade union work, so that the work of the trade unions at all levels can truly be integrated into all aspects of management work, contributing to the high-quality development of the company.
