The company is a designated manufacturer of railway freight cars and parts for the Ministry of Railways. It possesses production lines for open-top freight cars, tank cars, and flatcars, providing 60-ton open-top cars such as C64, C64T, and C64K types; 70-ton open-top cars such as C70, C70A, C70B, C70E, and C76 types; acid and alkali tank cars such as G11; stainless steel acetic acid tank cars such as GH60AK; bulk cement tank cars such as U60C; 60-ton tank cars such as G17, G17T, G17K, G17BK, G60K, and G70K types; 70-ton tank cars such as GQ70 light oil tank car, GN70 viscous oil tank car, GH70A ethylene glycol tank car, and GH70B stainless steel acetic acid tank car; industrial mine cars such as GK50A; container-dedicated flatcars such as X70; common flatcars such as NX70; complete vehicles; Bangladesh flatcars; Bangladesh guards; bogies such as ZK2 and ZK6 types; Sheffield bogies; subway bogies and their parts for the Ministry of Railways and self-owned vehicle users. The company possesses various manufacturing technologies for meter-gauge and broad-gauge railway vehicles, capable of meeting the diverse requirements of domestic and international clients.


Annual production capacity of cast steel parts: 70000t

The company owns a domestically leading organic ester self-hardening sand molding production line, a 10-ton EBT electric arc furnace smelting production line, a 20-ton LF refining furnace smelting production line, a 30-ton VD refining furnace, a robot automatic core-setting production line, a used sand regeneration production line, a hanging chain continuous heat treatment production line, a casting simulation analysis system, and more than ten sets of machining equipment and machining centers. It can produce cast steel parts weighing less than 20 tons and steel ingots weighing less than 30 tons, with an annual production capacity of 70,000 tons of cast steel parts.


Annual production capacity of forged steel parts: 70000t

The company has seven free forging production lines including 0.25-ton, 0.5-ton, 1-ton, single and double-arm 3-ton, 8MN, and 70MN; six die forging production lines including 1-ton, 3-ton, 10-ton, 16-ton, 13-ton, and 18-ton die forging, a 63kJ electro-hydraulic hammer, and a 4000-ton hot die forging press; 35 and 52 square meter gas furnace production lines; 75KW～120KW resistance furnace production lines; 530KW and 420KW trolley quenching and tempering resistance furnace production lines; Φ1.5×12m pit-type quenching and tempering furnace production line. It can undertake the processing of die-forged parts weighing ≤300Kg and various free-forged parts weighing less than 60t, and can undertake the forging, heat treatment, and machining of large-scale free-forged parts such as 10m long shafts and 6m diameter sleeves, with an annual production capacity of 70,000 tons of forged steel parts.

Provides railway vehicle parts products including yokes, side frames, disc wheels, columns, thrust cones, friction wedges, forged steel upper center plates, forged steel yokes, forged steel hook tail frames, and forged steel support seats.

Forged steel support seats are used in the cross support of railway freight car bogies to improve the stability and safety of railway freight car operation. It meets the requirements of 120km/h speed increase and heavy load of China's railway freight cars. This product uses Deform forging forming analysis technology and finite element stress analysis technology, and adopts CAD/CAM/CAE design and manufacturing, and has won a national innovation project award.

The forged hook tail frame produced by the company is an important component of the coupler buffer device on railway vehicles. When the vehicle is pulling, coupling, and buffering, it directly completes the transmission of longitudinal force between vehicles. This product has won a national invention patent and the title of Chongqing Famous Brand Product.


Annual production capacity of marine container fasteners: 170,000 sets (pieces)

The company is one of China's largest research and production bases for marine container series fasteners. It has more than 20 years of successful process experience in producing such products, and can design and manufacture the entire container ship securing system, and can provide product certification from CCS, GL, LR, ABS, DNV, and BV classification societies.
