1.2  Delivery Time and Location: After the contract is signed and becomes effective, it will be based on the notification. Delivery location: Chongqing Changzheng Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.

3. Business Requirements

3.1 Qualification Requirements for Bidders 的资格要求， Should submit Qualification materials: A copy of the business license with a fresh seal (except for our company's qualified suppliers) , Other relevant documents ；

* 3.8 Bid security deposit. The purchaser should pay a bid security deposit of 50,000 yuan (RMB in capital letters: Fifty Thousand Yuan) to the supplier before the bid deadline. * 3.9 Performance security deposit. Within three working days after the contract is signed, the winning bidder's 50,000 yuan (RMB in capital letters: Fifty Thousand Yuan) bid security deposit will be automatically converted into a contract performance security deposit. After the last contract is completed as required, and the winning bidder has no violations or disputes, the purchaser should deduct the winning bidder's contract performance security deposit from the sales amount.

Based on the principle of voluntariness, equality, fairness, and good faith, Party A (supplier) and Party B (purchaser) In accordance with the "Civil Code of the People's Republic of China" and relevant laws and regulations, after mutual consultation, both parties have reached this contract regarding Party A's purchase of goods from Party B, for mutual observance.

III. Relevant Matters

1. When Party B collects waste materials from Party A's company, Party B should provide Party A in advance with the written name, gender, ID number, vehicle license plate number, and contact information of the person collecting the goods, and authorize the person collecting the goods to sign and confirm the quantity of inventory on the document in writing.

2. Party B shall collect the goods at the designated location of the supplier. Party A shall provide the necessary cranes and operators. Party B must load and tie the goods by themselves under the supervision of the supplier and confirm the quantity at the designated location of Party A.

3. When Party B collects the goods, they shall load the goods according to Party A's requirements in principle.

4. Party B shall bear the safety responsibility during transportation and loading and unloading.

5. For all materials processed this time, once sold, Party A shall not be responsible for any subsequent quality problems.

6. Matters not covered in this contract shall be resolved through mutual consultation. This contract shall come into effect from the date of signing.

IV. Performance Bond

Within three working days after the signing of the contract, Party B shall pay Party A 50,000 yuan (Chinese Yuan: Fifty Thousand Yuan) as a bid bond, which will be automatically converted into a contract performance bond. After the last contract is executed as required, and Party B has no violations or disputes, Party A shall deduct Party B's contract performance bond from the sales amount.

V. Breach of Contract and Contract Termination Conditions

If Party B fails to collect the goods after being notified by Party A, for each day of delay, Party B shall pay the supplier a penalty of 2,000 yuan per day (this penalty shall be deducted from the performance bond). After the performance bond is deducted, if the materials have not been collected, this contract shall be automatically terminated, and the remaining materials shall be disposed of by Party A and added to the company's blacklist.

VI Dispute Resolution

If any disputes arise between Party A and Party B during the performance of this contract, they shall first be resolved through consultation. If consultation fails, they shall be resolved through the following method: filing a lawsuit with the people's court of the plaintiff's domicile.
VII 、 Contract Effectiveness: This contract shall come into effect from   Stamp and Signature and shall remain in effect until February 31, 2022.

VIII. Other Stipulations :

8.1 During the period of goods collection and after-sales service in Party A's factory area, if any personal safety or environmental accidents occur to Party A and Party B personnel, Party B shall bear full responsibility for the accident.

8.2 This contract is made in four copies, one for Party B and three for Party A, all of which have the same legal effect.

8.3 The appendices to this contract are an integral part of this contract and have the same legal effect as the main text of the contract.
