Wen Jianbo focused on the implementation of the Party's leadership over Party affairs and strict Party governance, continuously strengthening the company's Party building work, and carrying out anti-corruption and integrity publicity month activities; uniting people to promote reforms, allowing employees to share the fruits of the company's reform and development, enhancing employees' sense of belonging and identification with the company; building a learning-oriented and technology-oriented team, opening up channels for talent growth, accelerating the cultivation of technical, skilled, marketing, management, and service personnel, and creating a talent environment that respects knowledge, respects talent, and makes the best use of talent; attaching great importance to quality, safety, market, and cost work, promoting the company's sustainable, healthy, and stable development, and continuously improving economic efficiency; promoting lean production based on operational standardization and using technical standardization and management standardization as a path to build an advanced system; continuing to improve the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan", finding the direction of the company's transformation, and achieving transformation and upgrading, etc., made an important speech.
Wen Jianbo emphasized that we must uphold quality integrity, adopt incentive measures to encourage knowledgeable people to solve the company's long-standing technical problems that affect efficiency, and only by improving quality can we win the market and win profits; we must strengthen quota management, scientifically control the manufacturing costs of key products; we must unite the hearts of employees, demonstrate the spirit of the Long March, inspire enthusiasm for work and entrepreneurship, and make outstanding achievements to present to the second Party Congress, the 50th anniversary of the company, and the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
General Manager Li Xiangquan reported on the company's previous production and operation situation and made arrangements for April's work. Li Xiangquan pointed out that the company's overall production and operation situation in the first quarter was good and achieved profitability, with a good start. In April, the company will focus on strengthening production organization to make up for the shortfall in indicators in the first quarter; strive to undertake orders to lay a foundation for the whole year and even next year; use key products as a lever to ensure that contracts are fulfilled on schedule; implement responsibility systems and source management to ensure product quality and production safety; promote operational standardization in vehicle and parts production; and focus on the company's talent team building, among other eight aspects of work.
