On March 17, the International Quality Consulting Company (IQC), commissioned by the AAR (Association of American Railroads), conducted a supervisory audit of Changzheng Heavy Industry's M-1003 standard (quality assurance standard) and M201 checklist (cast steel requirements). The company successfully passed this audit.
According to the relevant clauses of M1003 and M201, the auditors checked the process control of cast steel hubs, reviewed relevant materials such as the quality manual and procedural documents, management responsibilities, measurement and testing equipment, nonconforming product control, contract review, and design control, and inquired about the implementation of relevant processes.
No nonconformities were found during the audit. The auditors believe that the company's quality management system is operating normally and fully meets the requirements of the AAR M1003 system, ensuring stable product quality, and recommend that the company's certificate remain valid. (Zeng Youwen)
