From February 22nd to 23rd, Changzheng Heavy Industry's applications for K6 type rocker side frames, integrated brake rockers, type 17 forged hook tail frames, 23t/25t axle load forged steel upper center plates, K6 type load saddles, RD2/RE2B type wheelsets, and type 17 coupler cavity small parts passed the CRCC (China Railway Certification Center) recertification review.
The audit focused on eight aspects. First, whether the necessary production equipment, process equipment, measuring instruments, and testing methods meet the requirements of the rules. Second, whether the key components and raw materials are consistent with those registered with the CRCC certification center. Third, whether the number of representatives and engineering and technical personnel meet the requirements in terms of education, experience, and quantity. Fourth, whether the system documents cover the products applied for audit, whether the process documents, drawings, and technical conditions are consistent with the audited products, and whether they have a legal source. Fifth, whether the number of samples meets the requirements of the rules, and whether the factory inspection is carried out in accordance with the inspection documents. Sixth, whether the production process records and inspection records are complete. Seventh, whether the label management is controlled, and whether the number of labels used is consistent with the number of products. Eighth, whether the on-site environmental management and fire facilities are in place.
This recertification review, conducted because the company's qualifications for producing railway accessories are about to expire, was more thorough and rigorous than previous annual supervision inspections. The review results will serve as the basis for annual supervision inspections of the above qualifications for the next 5 years.
