Jiang Tao demanded that the heads of party organizations at all levels of the company actively adapt to the new changes and requirements of party building work, and insist on taking improving enterprise efficiency, enhancing enterprise competitiveness, and achieving the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets as the starting point and the focus of the work of party organizations, and use the achievements of enterprise reform and development to test the work and combat effectiveness of party organizations. We must carefully decompose and implement the requirements of the superior tasks, quickly change positions, effectively fulfill our responsibilities and duties, and absolutely not allow the phenomenon of 'two separate skins'. Party committee departments should not only improve their own work ability, but also help various branches quickly adapt to changes, make up for shortcomings, strengthen quality, and meet the requirements of party building work positions in the new era.
Jiang Tao emphasized that we must earnestly implement the various arrangements and deployments of this year's employee representative conference and earnestly grasp the dual tasks. First, we must unswervingly adjust the structure, and second, we must ensure that the current order tasks are completed on schedule, and we must grasp both tasks and make both hands strong.
