To steadily build a lean workplace, strengthen team building, and improve the standardization level of team management, On November 12, the trade union, lean promotion office, and comprehensive management department of China Shipbuilding Chongqing Changzheng Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. jointly held a pre-shift meeting competition themed "Lean Starts from the Heart, Improvement Starts with Me."

Each unit used the "Team Morning Meeting Standard Guide (Trial)" as guidance, conducted extensive internal selection, and finally, a total of 20 teams from 9 units participated in the pre-shift meeting competition.

Each participating team made a full presentation according to the standard requirements, covering aspects such as team organization, greetings, appearance, attendance confirmation, work arrangements, and polite language. Although the process was the same, the work characteristics and the spirit of each team member were different. The competition effectively achieved the purpose of promoting learning and training through competition, which is very beneficial to further improving the quality and level of team morning meetings.

The on-site judges gave a fair and scientific score to the wonderful presentations of each participating team. Finally, the bogie wheel and axle group of the rail transit business unit won the first prize; the smelting team of the cast steel manufacturing company and the CNC cutting group of the rail transit business unit won the second prize; the production room of the mechanical manufacturing company, the overhead traveling crane group of the rail transit business unit, and the CNC boring and milling group of the mechanical manufacturing company won the third prize.
