China Shipbuilding Chongqing Changzheng conducts comprehensive risk management training

Approximately 90 middle-level and above cadres and risk liaison officers from various units participated in the training. Liu Jian first explained relevant risk management theories, providing references for personnel at all levels to enhance risk awareness and improve management capabilities. He then used case studies to illustrate approaches and methods for risk control, emphasizing the principle of "managing business, managing risk" and the role of the risk management department.
