The inspection team conducted on-site checks at Changzheng Heavy Industry's vehicle, forging, cast steel, and machinery companies' production sites. They also listened to a report on the company's development overview, adjustment and transformation, and current safety management status. Deputy Director Liu Zhong expressed great concern about the company's transformation and development, noting that Changzheng Heavy Industry has decades of accumulated experience and is currently facing challenges in its development. He stated that the municipal and district governments will provide support, but the company itself must also consider its development plan.
Regarding future development, transformation, and safety management, Deputy Director Liu Zhong made several requests: First, focus on adjustments to promote transformation and upgrading. Second, focus on innovation to promote product development. Third, focus on supporting facilities to achieve market breakthroughs. Fourth, focus on management to strengthen the foundation. Fifth, focus on coordination to secure support. Sixth, focus on safety to ensure operation. Safety work should be approached from the perspective of humanistic care for employees; there must be a strong sense of responsibility and the main responsibilities must be implemented; management must be comprehensive and thorough, ensuring that responsibilities are implemented; hidden dangers in important areas and key links must be effectively investigated and rectified; management must be normalized, and problems must be rectified within a specified time limit; safety management systems must be established and strictly enforced.
