To further improve quality management and problem-solving capabilities, in accordance with the work arrangements of the Lean Promotion Office, on August 3-4, August 3-4 China Shipbuilding Chongqing Changzheng Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. conducted specialized training on Lean Six Sigma "Yellow Belt." A total of 84 people from various units participated in the training.
The training specially invited Mr. You Qinglin, senior consultant of Koly Consulting Company, to give a lecture. Mr. You used methods such as centralized training, interactive exercises, and exchange learning to explain Lean 6S & visualization, minor improvements, eight wastes, etc., focusing on project selection and process analysis, and providing specialized guidance on the yellow belt projects submitted by each group.
Through the training, lean thinking was further implanted, and the trainees' ability to improve topics and solve problems using scientific thinking methods in production and operation management was further enhanced, laying a solid foundation for promoting the construction of an excellent operation system.
