Zhang Maoguang, the company's deputy general manager and executive deputy director of the Lean Management Committee, gave a brief introduction to the lean management consulting service project.     First, why. As a state-owned enterprise, we must follow the instructions and requirements of the Party Central Committee and enhance our political standing. Currently, the world is undergoing a major transformation unseen in a century, and we are facing the strong impact of the fourth industrial revolution. We have reached a point where we must move forward or fall behind. For Chongqing Changzheng, how to implement Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, comprehensively deepen reforms, and solve its own survival and development problems means promoting high-quality development with lean thinking. We must follow the requirements of the Group's high-quality development outline, actively integrate into the overall strategic restructuring layout, and seek solutions to the problems of insufficient risk resistance and development capabilities in the mid-to-lower reaches of the industrial chain.
    Second, for whom, relying on whom. " Cultivating lean culture, creating customer value, building a quality life ” Chongqing Changzheng's corporate vision reflects the concept of a lean community of enterprises, customers, and individuals, with the core and focus being the quality of life of individuals. Therefore, the promotion of lean management is for all Changzheng people. At the same time, the promotion of lean management also relies on the vast number of Changzheng people. We must mobilize all Changzheng people to actively identify problems, propose reform plans, and actively implement lean improvements. According to the company's " 14th Five-Year ” development planning guiding ideology " Military-first, lean management strengthens the foundation ” requirements, we will win sustained, healthy, and high-quality development by improving risk resistance and development capabilities.
    Third, how to do it. The most basic and important thing is to be a good student. Through training and implementation by professional consulting companies, we should scientifically and systematically learn new knowledge and master new methods, with full participation, long-term persistence, good inheritance, meticulous cultivation, and a solid foundation.

Second, we must have unwavering confidence. Chongqing Changzheng's lean management foundation is relatively weak, and eight misunderstandings exist to a certain extent. How to avoid these misunderstandings and how to persevere requires unwavering confidence.
