Chongqing Municipal Bureau of Finance conducted an annual safety production supervision and inspection of China Shipbuilding Chongqing Changzheng.

Jun 05,2020

summary:

Recently, the Chongqing Municipal Finance Office organized an expert group to supervise and inspect the safety production standardization operation of China Shipbuilding Chongqing Changzheng Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. from 2019 to 2020 year.

After on-site inspection, questioning, and document review, the expert group believes that the current safety management of Chongqing Changzheng is good, and the safety production standardization operation is continuously improving. However, there are also some problems, such as point-to-point problems in the management of slings, pressure vessels, and confined spaces, which need to be improved.
The experts from the Municipal Finance Office pointed out that the safety management of Chongqing Changzheng has always been relatively stable, but safety work has only a starting point and no end point. In order to recover the losses caused by the epidemic, the phenomenon of enterprises rushing to catch up with the schedule is common, equipment and facilities are overloaded, personnel are prone to fatigue, and safety risks are high. First, strengthen employee education and training, enhance safety awareness, and ensure that risks are controlled. Second, strengthen road traffic safety inspections, and in view of the complex road conditions of the company and the intertwined operation of employee vehicles and social vehicles, take reliable measures to prevent traffic accidents. Third, use points to lead the surface, learn from the problems found in this inspection, and implement rectification to ensure the "dual essence" safety of the enterprise and employees.
