A group of four people, including Aipori's marketing director, Feng Zhihua, people on April 23 and 24 came to Chongqing Changzheng. Accompanied by Deputy General Manager Zhang Maoguang, quality specialist Liu Rong, and others, they conducted a comprehensive diagnosis of the forging and casting production sites, quality, and cost aspects, and produced a diagnostic report and a preliminary lean implementation plan.
4 April 24 In the afternoon, Aipori's lean consultant, Liu Zhigang, reported on the diagnostic report and the preliminary lean implementation plan. Company leaders, middle-level assistants, and above attended the report meeting. The diagnosis revealed that Chongqing Changzheng had problems such as chaotic product transfer flow, high work-in-progress inventory, poor production scheduling rationality, and room for improvement in production task completion rate and capital turnover rate. Participants had a deeper understanding of the necessity and urgency of implementing lean management, laying the ideological foundation for the next step of implementing lean management.
Next, Chongqing Changzheng will invite other consulting companies to conduct lean implementation diagnoses, seeking more suitable and practical implementation plans and programs to promote the implementation and launch of lean management.
