After checking the first railway flatcar and relevant materials, the project department's inspectors unanimously agreed that the first C70E general flatcar produced by Chongqing Changzheng is of qualified quality and effective process control, and agreed to pass the inspection. This marks the beginning of the mass production of railway vehicles by Chongqing Changzheng, accumulating valuable experience and winning valuable time for the high-quality completion of the vehicle production task. As of the date of publication, Chongqing Changzheng has completed 28 railway vehicles, far exceeding the production plan, and the resumption of work and production has been accelerated.
