1 Month 8 On the date, Chongqing Changzheng Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. invited an external lecturer to conduct training on excellent situational leadership. Company leaders, middle-level assistants and above participated in the training.
The training provided an easy-to-understand explanation of the art of leadership and management, the matching of different stages of employee development and leadership styles, and conducted situational simulation exercises.
