Wen Jianbo, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board, explained and interpreted the company's "Thirteenth Five-Year" Development (Adjustment) Plan from the perspective of design drawings. The plan points out that Chongqing Changzheng's "Thirteenth Five-Year" development strategy is based on military needs and dual-wheel drive, with an overall plan for the coordinated development of five major sectors to consolidate the economic foundation, and technological industrialization to drive transformation, upgrading, and structural adjustment. It clarifies Chongqing Changzheng's vision for high-quality development in the new era as a technology-based industrial and trade enterprise combining modern processing manufacturing and productive services, and sets a "two-step" strategic goal of achieving Xiaokang for Chongqing Changzheng by 2020 and completing the transformation and upgrading by 2035.
Li Xiangquan, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager, conveyed the training content for the main leading personnel of the group's enterprises, and from the perspective of construction drawings, he broke down the company's 2019 annual objectives and interpreted the work report of the second session of the ninth congress of the company's representatives. He emphasized that all cadres and employees of the company should: 1. Consciously maintain high consistency in thought and action with the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core; 2. Actively emancipate their minds and change their concepts; 3. Take the initiative to act, plan ahead, and make up for the shortfall in market orders.
This training marks the full launch of Chongqing Changzheng's 2019 training for middle-level cadres, especially training for ability improvement. Subsequently, the company's various leaders will conduct training on key work implementation plans from the perspective of operation manuals.
