In the implementation of 6S management, the mechanism workshop, combining its own actual situation, uses 6S on-site management as a lever to effectively promote refined management in the mechanism workshop. With the continuous deepening of 6S, 6S has gradually penetrated into all aspects of basic management, making various management more standardized, standardized implementation effective, the site neat and orderly, and product classification clear. This not only improves production efficiency but also provides a guarantee for safe production and product quality; by changing the equipment layout, formulating product flow charts, and optimizing the technological process to improve processing efficiency; through the 6S construction of the warehouse, making the goods neatly arranged, and also making the backlog of tools and materials used faster. It is worth mentioning that the "account, card, and object" matching of repair parts has thoroughly solved the previous situation where urgently needed items could not be found, and there were a lot of unused items, and the implementation of the "first in, first out" concept effectively controls the expiration and obsolescence of materials.
6S management has only a starting point, no end point! In the year of lean consolidation, the mechanism workshop will persevere and continuously improve, truly achieving "everything has its place, and everything in its place is standardized." And in the future lean promotion process, 6S, TPM, and total improvement will be effectively integrated into team building, laying the foundation for refined management of the workshop.
