General Manager Li Xiangquan summarized the production and operation work in August. He pointed out that all cadres and employees of the company fought against high temperatures and ensured production, completing the production task of the NX70A common flatcar five days ahead of schedule. Military production has made significant progress, the production completion of major products is generally good, and production and operation have achieved excellent results. However, at the same time, we must also clearly recognize that there is still a gap between the company's contracted projects and internal control indicators, which needs to be given high attention and great efforts to make up for in time.
Li Xiangquan pointed out that in September, the company will focus on strengthening responsibility systems, fulfilling responsibilities, and improving execution to promote various tasks; increase market development and contract acceptance to increase the total volume; make every effort to complete the production tasks of key products such as X70 container flatcars, wind turbine towers, and subway bogies; prioritize military needs, and improve military production, making up for shortcomings in quality and progress; plan the management of accounts receivable; further implement the handover of work after the adjustment of the organizational structure; and prepare for the railway supervision and inspection by the National Railway Administration in October.
