Jul 21,2017
summary:
On July 18, Changzheng Heavy Industry organized nearly 60 new employees in expansion training themed "Integrate into the Enterprise, Focus on the Post, and Achieve Success in Youth." Through projects such as "Icebreaking Action," "God's Pen Li Liang," "Crossing the Power Grid," "Password Decryption," and "Surmounting the Peak," the new employees' planning, organization, coordination management, teamwork, and information communication skills were exercised.
In the "Surmounting the Peak" expansion project, a 1.5-meter-high power grid was virtually set up. Several team members used their shoulders and legs to form a ladder, and other team members stepped on their legs and shoulders to cross the 1.5-meter "power grid." Some team members' shoulders were bruised, and some thighs trembled from the heavy force, but they persevered. The new employees demonstrated unprecedented unity and responsibility, and shed tears of both excitement and emotion after completing the project.
In the final summary, the new employees emotionally talked about how, in the expansion training, whether they were team leaders or ordinary members, only by completing each task and role they accepted could they ensure the completion of the entire training project. They stated that they must bring the spirit of communication, unity, cooperation, and perseverance from the expansion training into their future new positions and roles, contribute to the company's development, and let their youth shine through hard work.
