On June 8th, the Changzheng Heavy Industry Party Committee held a branch secretary meeting to convey the requirements of the Group's Party Group on promoting the normalization and institutionalization of the "Two Studies, One Action" learning education, to report the inspection results of the Group's Party building work inspection team on our company, and to arrange and deploy the main work of the Party Committee in the near future. In the training of branch secretaries organized by the Chongqing Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, they should strictly abide by the organizational discipline, conduct serious and in-depth learning, improve their comprehensive quality, and strive to be excellent trainees.
Wen Jianbo required that we should carefully rectify and improve the shortcomings pointed out by the Group's Party building work inspection team. Each branch should formulate a work plan according to the work priorities of the company's Party Committee and Discipline Inspection Commission in 2017, so that there are plans for the year, implementation for the month, and inspections for the quarter, continuously deepen the theme party day activities, give full play to the role of the branch's fighting fortress, and promote production and operation.
Wen Jianbo required that we should strengthen the construction of the party building work system. In July, the company will launch the compilation of the "Party and Mass Work System Compilation", providing institutional guarantees for further strengthening party building work.
The meeting also made specific arrangements for confidentiality management, transfer of party member organizational relations, contact between party and mass departments and party branches, establishment of new branch committees, and prevention and control of廉洁风险(integrity risks) after the adjustment of the organizational structure.
