Recently, according to the unified arrangements and deployment of CSIC, Changzheng Heavy Industry issued a notice to launch a nationwide "Safety Production Month" activity themed "Creating an Intrinsically Safe Enterprise" throughout the company.
First, carry out safety production publicity and education activities and ability training activities. This includes professional safety management training, key personnel presentations, grassroots leader safety presentations, and public safety publicity and education activities such as "mobile phone text message safety reminders" and "timely dissemination of good safety articles".
Second, continue to carry out hazard re-identification and hazard investigation and governance activities. Each production unit will review the previous identification and investigation situations, formulate reliable control measures for newly added hazardous factors, ensure their implementation, and strictly govern the identified hazards according to the "five implementations" requirements.
Third, conduct emergency drills. A rolling drill plan will be developed targeting key prevention and control areas such as hazardous operations and locations, hazardous chemicals and important hazardous sources, densely populated areas, the application of "four new" technologies, and outsourced operations, ensuring full coverage.
Fourth, carry out the "6.16" National Safety Production Publicity and Consultation Day activity. The company will use various methods such as on-site activities, broadcasts, factory newspapers, and company WeChat groups to focus on the theme of "Creating an Intrinsically Safe Enterprise," concentrating on publicizing safety production guidelines, policies, laws, regulations, safety knowledge, and self-rescue methods, and answering employees' concerns about safety production.
Fifth, conduct accident warning education activities. Each production unit will use recent typical accidents to educate cadres and employees, and conduct self-inspections on the implementation of corrective and preventive measures formulated from previous accident analyses.
Sixth, launch a special rectification campaign of "drawing red lines, opposing violations, and enforcing rules." A special rectification campaign will be carried out at the work site, focusing on vehicle and frame production, forging hammer operations, cast steel smelting and pouring operations, and material management unloading operations.
Seventh, strengthen work on heatstroke prevention, cooling, and prevention of rainstorms and floods. Each unit will strictly follow the requirements of the company's "Summer High-Temperature Period Safety Production Plan," earnestly implement various heatstroke prevention and cooling measures, and promptly carry out various emergency rescue work to ensure the safety of company property and employee lives.
Eighth, conduct safety production inspections. The company will organize special safety inspections and conduct a "look-back" inspection on the rectification and maintenance of problems found in the first-quarter safety inspection.
