Quantity Approximately 8.5 tons

1.2 Delivery or Implementation Time and Deadline: Before the start of the project, the commissioning party will provide the "Production Plan" and notify the contractor in writing. The contractor must deliver the goods according to the production and processing schedule of the commissioning party.

Delivery location: Inside the Rail Transit Division of Chongqing Changzheng Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.

1.3 Settlement Method: Calculated monthly based on the number of complete sets of products accepted and signed by Party A, Party B will issue a 13% VAT special invoice to Party A for account receivable.

1.4 Payment Method: Rolling payment by bank telegraphic transfer.

II. Technical Requirements

2.1 Required Technical Conditions: Specific technical requirements are shown in the technical agreement provided by our company, "Outsourcing Technical Agreement for Sandblasting and Painting of Qianwei Steel Structures (CLJX-06-2021)".

III. Business Requirements

3.1 Qualification Requirements for Bidders, Qualification and Credit Documents to be Submitted (Originals or Copies with Official Seal), including but not limited to the following documents: Bidders need to provide a business license (three certificates in one)
